Gaeilge causes billion euro ' tower of bable' to fall

As you'll see from previous posts I usually don't write about much, typical blogger, but this is a topic which got me .. hmmmmmmmmmm ... irate.

I always give a little listen to the noise over on Reddit and in particular I came across this piece submitted called The billion euro 'tower of bable'

As I mentioned in the comments to the original redditer posting this entry, I got the sentiment of the peice, but the tone towards the Irish I think is unjustified, just way off.

When I looked into it further I did find it strange that the submitter had nothing but links submitted from the persons own blog. I know, I know by even linking this I may be adding traffic this persons way, but he must have something to say, if submitting some many articles to Reddit! Well, I'll leave that for you to decide.

The original posting is at EU Referendum on this topic of "Billion euro babel" and there is a EU Referendum forum linked to the piece which I've just registered for, I think I'll leave just a little piece of my mind there (For Ireland of course).

I found the blog entry and especially the comments afterwards from "Bits and pieces" by Margot Wallström European Commissioner for Institutional Relations and Communication for more insightful and interesting.
